AGENT SESSION HUB

Switch agents.
Keep the work.

A Session is the asset: harness, native id, and the original transcript. A full trajectory beats a summary. Across agents, a lineage graph is how you keep a project honest. Search, cite, resume and hand off — local SQLite FTS/BM25, references not summaries.

Open source · Local-first · Source transcripts stay read-only · Distinct from Microsoft Mobius and ControlTheory Möbius

SESSION IS THE ASSET

Keep the tape. Pass the references.

Git records what landed. The session records why: failed attempts, tool traces, the correction that stuck. A summary of that tape goes stale. Across Codex, Claude, OpenCode and the rest, a lineage graph is how you follow work without inventing a briefing.

01

Session, not a paste

A Session is harness + native id + original transcript. Native resume stays with that harness. Switching agents always opens a new session.

02

Trajectory over summary

Messages, tools, failures and corrections stay on disk. The envelope is references_only. If you need a briefing, write a note.

03

A graph you can audit

Each handoff is an edge. Codex → Claude → Pi is a relay DAG. Follow the chain back to the exact @session range.

04

Search, cite, resume, hand off

Local FTS/BM25. Copy @session:provider/id#mN-mM. Resume in PowerShell. MCP cannot mint the APPROVE token.

PRODUCT FILM

One project. A continuous thread.

A 109-second tour of v0.3.19: workspaces, session search, local memory, citation handoff, agent handoff, continuation, the current lineage graph, canvas, multimedia notes, documents, skills, and mobius-connect CLI + stdio MCP — closing on the Möbius ribbon. Real UI recordings; fictional demo data; no personal sessions.

CORE WORKFLOWS

Search, cite, resume and hand off.

Each clip is a chapter from the 109-second tour. Real UI; fictional demo data. OpenCode is indexed in the product; the film itself shows Codex, Claude, Pi and Grok.

01

Every agent. One workspace.

Möbius groups Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Pi, Grok, and OMP history by project and worktree. OpenCode is read from a read-only opencode.db.

Find the decision. Not just the chat.

Search approved local sources from one place. Inspect the exact source message, then copy a precise @session reference.

Recall context. Only when you ask.

Mome returns at most three citable sessions and about 1,200 tokens. Hybrid ranking is opt-in localhost Ollama and fails open to lexical.

Pass the references, not a summary.

Copy the exact range, seal a references_only package, and deliver it into the next conversation. The next agent reads confirmed ancestors.

05

Pass the path, not a postcard.

Switching agents creates a new target session. Review the range, tool calls, failed attempts and token payload before launch. The source stays read-only.

New agent. Same project. Full context.

Resume keeps the original CLI and native session ID. Möbius opens interactive PowerShell in the correct working directory. Native resume is shown only when that harness protocol is verified.

Follow the reasoning across agents.

Every handoff becomes an edge between an immutable source session and a new target session. Follow the graph backward to the exact evidence. A→B then back is A→B→C, a DAG.

WHAT IT IS

An Agent Session Hub for several coding agents.

Möbius, by Tardis, is an open-source Agent Session Hub. It indexes approved transcripts from Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, Grok, and OMP, resumes the original harness in PowerShell, and starts a new session when you switch agents. The handoff carries confirmed Session references, not a generated summary. Search is local SQLite FTS/BM25; optional hybrid ranking uses localhost embeddings after an explicit enable command. Source JSON/JSONL and OpenCode SQLite stay read-only. The software is MIT-licensed and does not include model accounts. It is unrelated to Microsoft Mobius, ControlTheory Möbius, or Circular Labs Mobius.

GOOD TO KNOW

Clear boundaries by default.

Does Möbius send my sessions to a server?

The index is local. Original transcripts remain in their harness folders and are read-only to the indexer.

Will memory search consume tokens?

Searching is local FTS/BM25. Tokens are consumed only if you choose retrieved text and send it to an agent.

Can Claude resume a Codex session natively?

No. Native resume stays with the original harness. Switching agents creates a new session with an explicit, reviewable handoff trace.

Does Möbius include semantic search?

Lexical FTS/BM25 is the default. Optional hybrid ranking uses localhost Ollama embeddings after an explicit enable command, and fails open to lexical if the model is missing.

Which platforms are supported?

The current release is Windows-first. Compatibility is verified per harness and published with acceptance evidence.

Is this Microsoft Mobius or ControlTheory Möbius?

No. This Möbius is TardisBooo/Mobius: an open-source Windows workspace for coding-agent sessions. It is not Microsoft's Spark binding, ControlTheory's runtime agent, or Circular Labs' looper.

Does Möbius support OpenClaw?

Not in this preview. OpenClaw history is on the roadmap. Current adapters cover Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, Grok, and OMP.
